柴可夫斯基：洛可可主題變奏曲 & 弦樂六重奏

到柴可夫斯基故鄉聖彼得堡的一次旅行激起了沃格勒的創作靈感，他在本張專輯中演奏了自己最喜歡的柴可夫斯基的音樂，包括了《洛可可主題變奏曲》，《憂郁小夜曲》，《佛羅倫薩的回憶》。

1876年，柴可夫斯基創作了《洛可可主題變奏曲》，題獻給他的好朋友、德國著名大提琴家威廉•費曾哈根。沃格勒在費曾哈根演奏的基礎上融入了自己新的理解。
柴可夫斯基《憂郁小夜曲》作于1875年，小提琴獨奏，管弦樂伴奏的樂曲，本曲具有濃厚的俄羅斯民族音樂色彩，既有悲痛的情調，又有甜美的韻味，是通俗演奏會常選的曲目。
《佛羅倫薩的回憶》是柴可夫斯基重遊佛羅倫薩之後完成的作品，也是寫作歌劇《黑桃皇後》的珍貴紀念品。用來記錄他幾次在這座名城居住過的情結。樂曲充滿了對這個優美城市的懷念之情，堪稱絕美的旋律寶庫，尤其是二、三樂章裏的抒情段落，仿佛是用流淌的音符唱出了對歲月的無盡懷念。

沃格勒是一位多産和多獲獎的錄音藝術家，本專輯爲他專門爲SONY Classical錄制。

藝術家介紹:

德國大提琴家楊‧沃格勒被視爲新一代大提琴家中最有希望繼承馬友友、麥斯基、羅斯托波維奇等人大師地位的接班人。20歲時就成爲德勒斯登國立管弦樂團的首席大提琴手，期間深受羅林‧馬捷爾的賞識，1997年以獨奏家身分單飛，手持1721年Montagnana名琴“ex-Hekking”。 生于音樂世家的沃格勒在事業道路上可謂一帆風順。早在柏林音樂學院學習期間，他便得到了東德時代人人豔羨的位置：德累斯頓國立交響樂團的大提琴手。沃格勒回憶道：”這段時期我積累到很多寶貴的音樂資源。國立樂團的文化精髓，無論是布景、曲目還是聲響藝術都被我像海綿吸水一般充分汲取。” 去紐約也是一蹴而就的事情。
